We make absolutely every effort to represent the Silky Headwraps as accurately as possible to make your shopping experience as silky smooth as it can be! 

Each scarf is hand-checked before sending to ensure no imperfections make their way to your doorstep. Furthermore, as there is no way to guarantee that returned  headwraps remain hygeinic and have not been worn or used, all sales are final.

In the rare case that an item arrives badly damaged, please contact support@loveorese.com to request an exchange. All exchanges are subject to review and approval. 

Exchanged products must be sent back with tracked shipping and will be at the full cost of the purchaser.
